Independent Witness
Individual serves as a witness to someone signing a document. We have a number of witnesses available to assist.
Employment Verification aka Form I-9
As an "Authorized Representative," our team can assist employers with verifying employee documentation for Form I-9 compliance.
Per WAC 308-30-220 (effective 06/22/24), Washington notaries are permitted to charge a maximum fee of $15 per traditional in-person notarial act.
Additional Fees:
Notaries are permitted to charge other fees, such as travel and administrative fees.
Each notarization is provided an estimate prior to the notarization session, when our Notary Estimate Form is completed.
